Orange Support is Shit
Why is Orange support so totally shit?
A 59 minute wait to get through to support to find out why I'm only getting a throughput of 2-3 kilobytes per second on a 3G connections, to be then told it because "we have a mast down".
We'll they obviously don't pick them back up very quickly because the problem has persisted for days.

Just found you post and wanted to add my opinion about Orange:
THEY'RE A BUNCH OF THIEVES!!! They don't provide any support and their service is shit!
LEAVE THEM! LEAVE THEM NOW!!!
Orange, in case you Google "Orange is shit" and you find this post. Tell your disconnection team that they are bloody useless, more arrogant than a 70 year old spinster with a carrot up her ass.
Will never ever use them again, even if they're the only provider available, I rather use two cups and a piece of string.

Orange, total waste of money. Reported problem with email address response from orange india is that the address has never existed! then email me via the address thats never existed to give me support, eh? The people at the top need to seriously sort out where their going, otherwise this long term customer (12 years phone + internet) can go swivel. All that money to get patched through to india where you can't understand a word they say and they don't even understand what day it is. ORANGE K-I-S-S-M-Y-A-S-S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'M OFF!

Yes, Orange is shite. I ended up with them after they took over freeserve and have had endless problems over last few weeks with webmail. Orange advice by email failed to work and phone call offered up a phone number that has so far failed to connect. Avoid frustration and stress by avoiding Orange.

agree orange are total b****. will try and keep this short. phone went whilst under warranty. they refused to replace it. went bust again with same fault. refused to replace it and refused to repair it unless i paid £15. even admitted it was same fault. not to mention the fact that they have replaced working sony software with none functioning orange software. roll on august when i can tell them where to stick there over-priced contract, piss poor customer service and their shit phone.
